1.1 We are TOHSOFT Co.,Ltd. located at Hanoi, Vietnam.
1.2 This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect and use your personal information when you use our mail services ("Services") offered by TOHSOFT and the choices available to you in connection with our use of your personal information (the Privacy Policy).
2.1 By making available the Services we, acting reasonably and in good faith, believe that you:
(a) have all necessary rights to register on and use the Services;
(b) provide true information about yourself to the extent necessary for use of the Services;
(c) understand that some types of information transferred by you to other Service users cannot be deleted by you or us;
(d) are aware of and accept this Privacy Policy.
2.2 We do not check the user information received from you, except where such check is necessary in order for us to fulfill our obligations to you.
3.1 We keep your email private. We never share your emails, personally identifiable information, contacts or messages with third-parties, unless required by law.
3.2 We use secure socket layer ("SSL") or other encryption technology when transmitting your Information between your system and ours. The information is also stored in an encrypted form within our own databases.
3.3 Gmail Data Storage
Gmail data is stored only as necessary to provide email functionality to the user.
Email content synchronized by the application is stored locally on the user's device. We do not maintain a separate server-side database containing copies of users' Gmail messages.
Users may remove their Google account from the application at any time, which will stop future synchronization and remove locally stored account-related data from the application.

4.2 Functions to login, manipulation to mail are performed directly through the javamail API (https://javaee.github.io/javamail/FAQ#1) and related personal data is stored locally on your device.
4.3 Any data we do collect is used for only two purposes:
(a) to provide you with the best service possible,
(b) to conduct research and development of new features for our users.
4.4 Google User Data
If you connect a Google account to the Services, we may access Gmail data that you explicitly authorize through Google's OAuth consent process.
The Gmail data accessed may include:
- Email messages and metadata necessary to display mailbox content;
- Draft messages created by the user;
- Labels, folders and mailbox organization data;
- Attachments associated with email messages.
This information is accessed solely to provide email functionality requested by the user, including reading, composing, sending, organizing and synchronizing email.
We do not use Gmail data for advertising, marketing, user profiling, analytics unrelated to email functionality, or sale to third parties.
We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as required to provide the Services or as required by applicable law.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4.5 We use Google Analytics and Google Firebase to analyze the use of our website and apps. Google gathers information about website use by means of cookies. The information gathered relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of our website. Google's privacy policy is available at: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy
4.6 My app or our selected third party partners with our permission, such as participants of the Facebook Audience Network (https://m.facebook.com/ads/ad_choices), using their own ad servers, can show advertisements to you.
4.7 We publish Google interest-based advertisements on in our apps. Our ad management is designed so that your information will not be shared directly with our third party advertisers. An advertiser can only choose to target advertisements to groups of users falling within criteria such as age group, gender or broad location (country, city). If you fall within one of the target groups you will receive an advert.
These are tailored by Google to reflect your interests. You can view, delete or add interest categories associated with your browser by visiting: https://adssettings.google.com.
You can also opt out of the AdSense partner network cookie using those settings or using the Network Advertising Initiative's multi-cookie opt-out mechanism at: http://optout.networkadvertising.org.
However, these opt-out mechanisms themselves use cookies, and if you clear the cookies from your browser your opt-out will not be maintained. 4.8 Advertising partners do not receive access to Gmail message content, attachments, contacts, or other Google user data obtained through Gmail API permissions. Gmail data is never used for ad targeting, advertising personalization, or marketing purposes.
5.1 You have the following rights, in certain circumstances, in relation to your personal information:
(a) Right to access your personal information.
(b) Right to rectify your personal information: you can request that we update, block or delete your personal data, if the data is incomplete, outdated, incorrect, unlawfully received or no longer relevant for the purpose of processing.
(c) Right to restrict the use of your personal information.
(d) Right to request that your personal information is erased.
(e) Right to object to processing of your personal information.
(f) Right to data portability (in certain specific circumstances).
(g) Right not to be subject to an automated decision.
(h) Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5.2 You also have a right to independently remove personal information on your account and make changes and corrections to your information, provided that such changes and corrections contain up-to-date and true information. You can also view an overview of the information we hold about you.
5.3 If you would like to exercise these rights, please contact Support Service via "Support" section of the application or send your request to us. We will aim to respond to you within 30 days from receipt of request. We will need to verify your identity before we are able to disclose any personal data to you.
5.4 Account Removal and Data Deletion
Users may disconnect their Google account at any time through the application settings.
When an account is removed, locally stored account information and synchronized email data associated with that account are deleted from the application storage, subject to technical limitations required for backup restoration or legal obligations.
From time to time, we may change and/or update this Privacy Policy. If this Privacy Policy changes in any way, we will post an updated version on this page. We will store the previous versions of this Privacy Policy in our documentation achieve. We recommend you regularly review this page to ensure that you are always aware of our information practices and any changes to such.

7.2 All correspondence received by us from you (written or electronic inquiries) is classified as restricted-access information and may not be disclosed without your written consent. The personal data and other information about you may not be used without your consent for any purpose other than for response to the inquiry, except as expressly provided by law.
